Our Shipping Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Shipping Policy at any time.

We (theginwarehouse.co.uk) know that your order arriving on time is important. The total shipping time is: Processing Time + Shipping Time. The Shipping Fee will depend on the weight, size and type of the item(s).

We ship our products through our courier partners.

Every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility. From the time it leaves our doors to the time it gets to yours, you’ll always know where your package is.

If your item does not arrive please contact us at our email: customerservices@theginwarehouse.co.uk. We will raise an investigation with our couriers.

If the tracking shows that the item is delivered without delivery to your location then you can claim for the item that has not arrived by completing the none received of goods disclaimer form in order support us in replacing or issuing refund for the item. This form will be provided by our customer service team upon request.

1. SOMETHING MISSING IN THE DELIVERY

We often send out orders in several different packages, so these may arrive at different times. Please note that this does not mean you will be charged any additional delivery cost. However, if you are still concerned about your missing item(s), please go to late deliveries to track your missing item(s).

2. ORDER CANCEL

Please accept our apologies, occasionally we have to cancel orders for a number of reasons:

Product unavailability: We try to get as much choice as possible onto our website, and occasionally we have to cancel orders when the ordered product is unavailable.

Failed security checks: Orders may also be cancelled if security checks are failed; there are multiple reasons this can occur. Please contact our Customer services team for further details.

Customer cancellation: If you have requested to cancel part or all of your order.

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to the complex paperwork and licences that we need to hold to export alcohol, we do not offer international shipping as standard. In the event that we do agree to ship our products abroad the following terms apply:

Custom Charges & Import Duty: All customers (the importer) are liable for any customs charges and import duties that are applied to the shipment throughout its journey. Due to each country having different regulations and tax rates, we are unable to advise what this cost will be when ordering.

Shipment Delays: We are unable to guarantee delivery times when shipping abroad. The Gin Warehouse will not be liable to offer a refund for any shipments that are not delivered on time due to delays encountered along its journey.

Importing Legalities: All customers must ensure it is legal for them to import our products as an individual PRIOR to placing an order with us. If your order is denied entry at customs, you will be liable for any delivery charges + any additional costs to get the good back to us prior to us being able to issue a refund for the products.

Airmail: We and our shipping partners cannot accept any liability for damaged goods which are shipped via air.
