SHIPPING & ORDER INFORMATION

Your shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout as there are a few different services you can select from. We have teamed up with DPD and Hermes to provide shipping services direct to your door. Typically our standard shipping is shipped via Hermes and our express shipping is provided by DPD. As standard we offer free standard shipping for orders over £99 and free express shipping for orders over £150.

Please note that all deliveries will require a signature from an adult aged 18 or older.

This is dependant on what shipping option was selected during the checkout process. We offer both next day and 2-3 weekday shipping options from our store. All of our shipping options include a tracking reference which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched, you can click here to navigate to our order tacker.

Please note our cut off for next day delivery is currently 2pm Monday – Friday. We are working with our shipping partners to make a later cut off point possible.

Your order will automatically generate a ticket at our UK based fulfilment center from there our picking team will then select your items from our warehouse, package them up ready for our courier service to collect.

After your package has been shipped from our warehouse you will receive a order confirmation with a tracking number on which you can track here.

Our cut off for express shipping is currently 2pm Monday – Friday.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

The money for your order will be debited from your bank account within a few hours of placing your order.

Our wishlist feature is a way of keeping track of gins you want to try and add to your collection in the future. You will be able to find your wishlist under your account tab.

This will depend on your orders status as after the order has been picked in our fulfilment center the chances are its too late. We will always attempt to help so please contact us here.

Yes, you will receive an invoice for your order within 2 hours of your order being placed. If you have not received an invoice or email order confirmation please contact us here.
