PINK PEPPER GIN has been designed to be an entirely unique, intense and aromatic gin - one that will age and evolve both in the bottle and in the glass. At first, the fresher, spicy botanicals are prominent - Pink Pepper, Juniper and Cardamom. When the liquid is diluted or chilled, it evolves and reveals notes of patisserie; Vanilla, Tonka and Honey come to the forefront. The Fifth Taste, Umami is a savoury sensation on the palate, as opposed to an individual ingredient. Encapsulated in the gin, the savoury notes of distilled Italian Capers are blended with an infusion of parmesan cheese, juniper and bergamot, then set to rest in an old Cognac barrel for several months.
